While final project examinations are usually conducted by internal examiners, this time, under the title of External Examiner, the final project examination was conducted by an external examiner from Wako University, Japan, namely Prof. Iwao Kato.

The student examined by the External Examiner this time was Remeyta Aidhi Pilika with student ID number 200120025. She presented her final project titled “An Overview of Service Excellence Practices at Hotel Salak the Heritage Bogor.”

Remeyta excellently presented her final project on Service Excellence at Hotel Salak the Heritage in English and was able to answer every question asked by the external examiners.
