On Sunday (September 11), IBI Kesatuan conducted a community service activity in Bitungsari Village with the theme “Business Development Through Management System Improvement, Entrepreneurship Competency Enhancement, and Technology Utilization in the Management Unit and Business Unit of the Women Members of the Matahari RW 02 UPPKS Group in Bitungsari Village.”

This activity is part of the 2022 Fiscal Year Community Service Grant Program for Higher Education Institutions from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology.
The chairperson of the Community Service proposal who mentors the members of the Matahari RW.02 UPPKS Group, Bitungsari Village, is Dr. Sutarti, SE., MM., SAS. The chairperson is in charge of coordinating with partners on Community Partnership activities and as a resource person for assistance related to understanding governance (organizational management and financial management) assisted by student Ade Darmawan. The member of the Community Service proposal team, Dr. Adil Fadillah, SE., MM, serves as a resource person in enhancing entrepreneurial competencies through digital marketing, along with students Siti Sarah and Abdulwafi Nurinsani, as well as Yanto Hermawan, S.T, M.Kom., who serves as a resource person in designing the utilization of technology for marketing the products of the UPPKS Matahari group (Web and social media) alongside students Nurul Fadilla Rizky Isnaniyah and Lodryck Lodefikus Sainyakit.
The program has been running since June 2022. The team from IBI Kesatuan Community Service visited Bitungsari Village to interview MSMEs that will be mentored about the products they sell. The products were then photographed and video content was created to be uploaded to the web and social media by the IBI Kesatuan PKM Team.
The IBI Kesatuan Community Service Team will assist in creating social media accounts on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, as well as a website. In addition, the IBI Kesatuan Community Service Team also mentored MSME actors in Bitungsari Village on how to promote products through social media properly and correctly, manage finances in their businesses, and manage websites. During the implementation of the program, there was a handover of the website and social media accounts, as well as the provision of operational equipment in the form of 2 laptops and 1 printer to Hj Heni Rosliah as Chair of UPPKS Matahari RW 02.

Mulya Agung, Secretary of Bitungsari Village, expressed his appreciation to IBI Kesatuan for the guidance provided to members of the Matahari RW 02 UPPKS group in Bitungsari Village. He hopes that this UPPKS can develop rapidly with the technological facilities provided by IBI Kesatuan.
Dr. Sutarti, SE., MM., SAS also expressed her hopes. Hopefully, this program can increase the knowledge of the members and help advance the business and welfare of the Bitungsari Village community.
