INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM IN IBI KESATUAN

  • Registration Process

The registration process is carried out by prospective international students through the website: ppmb.ibik.ac.id . Applicants are required to submit the following documents

(Proses registrasi dilakukan oleh calon mahasiswa asing melalui akses website : ppmb.ibik.ac.id , Calon mahasiswa akan mengirimkan beberapa dokumen seperti berikut) :

  • Complete the admission process on ppmb.ibik.ac.id (menyelesaian pendaftaran di ppmb.ibik.ac.id)
  • Passport scan (valid for at least 18 months) (Scan paspor (aktif sekurang-kurangnya 18 bulan)
  • Recent photograph (Pas foto terbaru)
  • Academic transcript scan from high school or previous studies (Scan Transkrip Nilai dari sekolah menengah atas sebelumnya)
  • Payment of the registration fee (Membayar Biaya Pendaftaran)

 

  • Documents Selection (Pengumpulan Berkas)

The submitted documents will be processed and reviewed by the New Student Admission Unit, which will take approximately one week.
(Dokumen yang dikirimkan pada tahap registrasi akan diproses dan diobservasi kurang lebih  1 minggu oleh bagian Unit Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru)

 

  • Interview Session

Prospective students will undergo an interview session with the Head of the International Office and the Head of the respective Study Program in coordination with the faculty and dean.

 

  • Issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LoA)

After completing the first two stages, the international student will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA), which will be sent to the student.

 

  • Re-registration

During re-registration, students are required to pay the tuition fees. Once entered into the system, students will be provided with a Student Identification Number (NIM), an academic advisor, and instructions for course registration based on their study program.

  • Visa Process

For their stay in Indonesia, international students will be reported on the website https://izinbelajar.kemdikbud.go.id/, which is managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. International students who already have a limited stay permit card (KITAS/KITAP) will only need to be reported on this website.

If the student does not yet have a Student KITAS, they must first apply for a study permit on the same website. The requirements for the study permit are as follows:

  1. Scanned letter of study permit request from the university, addressed to the Director of Institutional Affairs, Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology.
  2. Information on the study program and personal data.
  3. Scanned Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
  4. Scanned diploma or academic transcript.
  5. Scanned passport.
  6. Scanned statement letter, confirming that the student:
  • Will not work during their studies in Indonesia.
  • Will not engage in political activities.
  • Will comply with the laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  1. Scanned guarantor’s or sponsor’s letter of responsibility during the study.
  2. Scanned financial guarantee statement.
  3. Scanned health certificate.
  4. Scanned color passport-size photo.

The study permit will be uploaded to the system and processed by the Ministry of Education within 3-7 working days.
