In collaboration with Dinkoukmdagin (Office of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Trade and Industry) of Bogor City, IBI Kesatuan through its Entrepreneurship and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Unit held a Training & Mentoring Program for E-Commerce Facilitators of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor City. This program was conducted in line with the implementation of the three pillars of higher education, namely community service.

The three-day event, held on June 19, 20, and 21, 2023, was attended by 120 small and medium-sized business owners in Bogor City. The training covered topics such as digital marketing, financial reporting for MSMEs, and creating G-my Bisnis for business optimization.

In the future, this training and mentoring will not only be limited to training, but will also include ongoing support for the process and progress in order to achieve Indonesia’s advancement in the creative economy sector.
